Poor Performance From The Team Renault Worries

ING Renault is concerned about the poor performance of the new R29 car in testing in Portugal.

The chief engineer of the ING Renault Team admits that better rival Williams began the year 2009.

The head of engineering Pat Symonds Renault ING believes that the problems must be corrected before the premiere season of F1. The site AutoSport interviewed the chief engineer of the ING Renault, and he said he considered the time of the new R29 car during practice at the circuit's collective category of the Algarve in Portugal, where he admitted that Renault's results were below those of rival Williams.

Pat Symonds said:

"The regulatory changes in the aerodynamics have been a complicating factor. We can do better. I believe that the next tests will be the true indicator of our situation. The speed of Williams impressed me, no doubt about that. But let's see what happens in the future .


Pat Symonds said that one of the greatest difficulties of the French team's regular car with soft tires.

"We can not the times expected. I'm not sure why. Do not know if it is due to the car or the amount of fuel."


Renault Hello, wake up, careful not to have another frustrating season. I know it is not easy, but in Formula 1 or you're a professional or you are not.
